At merge we strive to accommodate everyone by offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and raw food options. We aim to serve the freshest food possible while promoting growth and industry in Buffalo.
Merge is part of the local art scene. We offer art classes and art parties for all skill levels, we present films and showcase local music at our open-mic nights and our live music on the weekends.
We also encourage artistic participation by utilizing the restaurant as a gallery space.
